Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was amazing, right by Lake Maggiore with stunning views, friendly staff, and decent amenities. However, the rooms weren't as clean as expected, lacking some essentials like tissue paper and a coffee corner.
I just had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning, facing the lake and offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The terrace had a view that was absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch, welcoming, efficient, and professional, making me feel truly pampered. The location couldn't have been better, with stunning views of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. The dining experience was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend!
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were large, well-ventilated, and nicely decorated, but cleanliness was an issue with some unwanted surprises. There were no essential items like tissue paper or enough towels, and the absence of a coffee corner was a first for me. On the bright side, the location was truly wonderful with breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore from the lakeside property.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the lake view room I stayed in was nicely furnished with first-class linens, free wifi, a safe, and a mini-refrigerator, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I found some unpleasant surprises in the toilet, there was no tissue paper, and the bed didn't feel entirely clean. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach room service either, and there was a lack of essential amenities like water, enough towels, and a coffee corner. The single sheeted bed was also not ideal.
I was mesmerized by the tremendous view of the lake and mountains from the hotel, but unfortunately, the rooms were not up to standard with cleanliness issues, lack of amenities, and no coffee corner. Service, however, was truly amazing with professional and friendly staff on hand. The location was magnificent with spectacular views, yet the dining experience was subpar when served in a room for groups, not reflecting the expected quality of a 4-star hotel.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. I had a room that was upgraded to have a view of the lake, the staff were kind and helpful, the location was fantastic, and the room itself was clean and beautiful. However, the budget rooms at the rear end of the hotel are a bit of a walk from the main lobby and may not be as desirable. The only drawback was the slight smell in the room, indicating a need for some reconstruction.
